This office and the staff were very professional and kind. My six-year-old son had to have a tooth pulled and a filling done and they talked him through the entire process. I am very happy with their professionalism.

We can’t say enough about this amazing dentist office. Coastal Kids Dental & Braces is a staple in Mount Pleasant and they have the coolest, most captivating set up that helps your child not be afraid and has the most energetic, kind staff that are outstanding with kids of all ages . They go above and beyond and am so happy with the care we receive here and they get you in and out so quickly as icing on the cake!

Dr. Bubba and his assistant were absolutely wonderful to my daughter who is terrified of getting anything more than a cleaning. 15 minutes and they were done with her crown and made her laugh! She has to go back on the 17th for another crown and she's only slightly scared instead of full blown terrified. Thank you guys so much!

6 months ago for my child's first check up was not very pleasant from the wait time to the not so baby friendly dentist. But this time I asked for a different dentist , and other than still a rather lengthy wait time for a 2 year old the overall experience was much better . Very friendly staff and dentist. Now my boy isn't as scared to go . He actually had fun. And she was amazing.

Wow! This first time visit mom was very impressed with the overall ambiance and logistics of the appearance and flow of this practice. My toddlers enjoyed themselves and did not take to long to warm up to the place. The doctor was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, chairside manners were professional, and she knew exactly how to interact with my very active two. Care was very systematic and efficient. We really enjoyed the sports themes painted on the wall, and the big chair. Overall, I look forward to taking my kids back for future dental care. I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because of the receptionist. After checking in I went back up to the desk to offer having medical records transferred from our kids previous dentist. She commented that should have been done a long time ago. It is not what she said, but how she said it. I perceived her tone and body language to be complaining and rebuking which I found completely inappropriate. I was her customer who was new to her place of work and community in general. She should have spoken kindly and gently. She would benefit from customer service training. However, her behavior, although distasteful, did not overshadow the clear purpose of this dental practice. I will most certainly return again.

I'm about halfway through my treatment with braces at Coastal Kids Dental & Braces in Mt. Pleasant, and my experience has always been pleasant and without any issues. The playful, welcoming atmosphere and staff are very encouraging to all children.

They are always so nice, and gentle with my kids. Dr. Jessica is the absolute best!!!!

This practice is amazing. From start to finish. I was unable to locate my insurance card just before the appointment. Instead of shrugging - the ladies up front worked together to search and pull the information needed. The wait is always brief - which is unfortunate because the ladies up front are always wonderful company. My son even had another kid in the waiting area that he hung out with and played chalkboard games with. The dentist and dental anssistants are super friendly and so good with kids. I feel fortunate that my child gets to experience his early years with a dentist office in this manner.

This Location made me feel like family even though we attend the mount.pleasant location ! They got my daughter in the office immediately after being attacked in school to check her braces ! I really appreciate you guys everyone is rockstars here 🥹 love love love this location.

We were in and out very quickly, the office is new and clean the staff super friendly. We’ll see you again in 6 months.

My daughter had a wonderful experience ☺️ the staff & dentist was very professional. We had an appt @8am and was called in the back at 8:02 (on time service without a long wait period)

My son (3) first time at the dentist, he did great! Everyone was VERY friendly. Visit was quick and painless and fun!

Love it here.The dentist is nice and clean. No problem with the customer service.They will tell you what they are gonna do that day. No long wait time or nothing. I take my kid here to every appt.Always helpful

Really happy with our visit. The staff was welcoming, friendly and always had a smile on their face. Very patient with the kiddos and explained everything to us parents.

AMAZING! Highly recommend. We had a dental emergency with our 2 year old and they were able to fit us in and provide outstanding care! Dr. Rosa and Kayla were so kind and helpful.

Dr. Ashley Kate and Khala was very patient with my daughter at her apt. While she was getting a full in. She started to cry and said she was nervous.. they both talked to her,calmed her and comforted my child and Dr.kate also aloud me to hold my child's hand as she did her procedure. Thank the both of you so much I appreciate you two😍😘 The staff was amazing..when I walked in the office.🤩

My daughter had her first appointment here . No insurance but the $99 first time special came with everything we needed . That’s Cheap in my opinion. She loved everyone on the staff. The tvs on the ceilings was a nice touch . See y’all next year !

Best pediatric dentist I have ever dealt with. They are amazing with children and the atmosphere is so fun and inviting.

Doctors and staff at Coastal Kids Dental are great to work with. The facility is clean and they atmosphere is bright and cheerful. Everyone from the office is so sweet, welcoming and great with our little one!

The hygienist we worked with was amazing. She did so good with my daughter.

I took my 4 yrs autistic- non verbal daughter to her first dentist appointment and they did not disappoint. The front desk staff was very pleasant, the Hygenist worked well with my kid, and the doctor addressed all of my concerns. This was overall a great experience and a victory for my sweet daughter. Thank you for all you all did to make both of us comfortable. Job well done.

West Ashley has the friendliest staff, I've visited all locations the staff is so great and welcoming!!
