About Dr. Erin

Orthodontist - Charleston, S.C.

Erin Brophey is a native of Orlando, Florida.  She and her family moved to Lexington, SC when she was in grade school.

Dr. Erin attended Clemson University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in biology and graduated summa cum laude.  After college she moved to Charleston and earned her DMD degree at the Medical University of South Carolina.

After dental school, Dr. Erin pursued her passion with orthodontics by completing a three-year residency at the Medical University of SC, where she received her master degree in science of dentistry and her orthodontic certificate. 

She is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society (OKU), American Association of Orthodontics (AAO), American Dental Association (ADA), and Psi Omega Dental Fraternity. 

Some of Dr. Erin’s favorite things include: her Cavashon (Sammy),  reading, Clemson football, traveling, beach, cooking, and spending time with her family.
