Dr. Isabel Driggers, lead Pediatric Dentist at Coastal Kids Dental, said, "We are very excited to have Dr. Cara join our team.  At Coastal Kids Dental we work with children from birth to young adulthood and special needs patients of all ages making it very important that our dentists share the common goal of treating patients with care and respect. I’ve known Dr. Cara for many years now and have personally seen her true passion for providing excellent pediatric dental care. Dr. Cara DeLeon is a native of Augusta, Georgia. She attended the University of Georgia where she received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. After college she completed dental school at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. During her time at Medical College of Georgia Dr. Cara was involved in the Student Dental Association serving as President in her junior year. She was awarded the International College of Dentists Leadership Award, Georgia Dental Association Outstanding Leader Award, Public Health Award and inducted into the service based honor society, Alpha Upsilon Phi.   Dr. Cara is a member of the American academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association and several state and local dental societies.
